10-Week Life Drawing Course

Develop your observational drawing skills in this hands-on studio course. Working from a professional nude model, you'll explore proportion, gesture, light, and form through practice.

These are not traditional drawing classes — they are creative sessions where we experiment and discover together. You'll be guided and supported throughout, and you'll find other participants of varying experience levels in the room, ready to encourage you. No prior drawing experience required — just come with curiosity and an openness to trying new things.

You will need to bring your own materials. Please note that if you paint, do not bring chemicals into the space. We do not have adequate ventilation.

Clean-up: if you use oil paint, please bring your own rags to clean your brushes.

The winter series includes 2 models, 5 weeks each, 1 pose for the 5 weeks we spend together. You will work with materials of your choice.

Suitable for all levels, from beginners learning basic proportions to advanced students refining their technique.

What to bring: a drawing pad (18"x24" format recommended), charcoal pencils, graphite pencils (2B–6B), a kneaded eraser, blending stumps. I have enough easels to share.
